Tom is a developer who has also run startups. That experience informs how we approach client work: understanding commercial priorities, working within practical constraints and preparing for what happens once the software is in use.
The work spans recruitment, retail and specialist suppliers, alongside projects for cultural organisations and independent businesses.
The work in practice
A technical partner as the business develops.
For a recruitment agency, we replaced a restrictive CRM, migrated its records and built the website, custom applications and sales dashboards around it. We continue to work with the business on its technology and product development.
Other project scope includes a Shopify ecommerce site and Sage integration for a specialist supplier, connecting the customer experience with the systems used by its team.

An agreed scope and price
We establish the requirements with you and agree the deliverables, cost, schedule and responsibilities before development starts. Where a decision still needs investigation, we make that clear.
Direct access to the project team
You speak to the people responsible for the work. Regular walkthroughs let you review progress, ask questions and try what we are building.
Ownership and a considered handover
Your organisation gets the code, admin access and documentation, with training for the people who will manage the website or system. Third-party products remain subject to their own licences.
Support beyond launch
We agree launch aftercare as part of the project. Further development and ongoing support are optional, with monthly rolling agreements and thirty days’ notice either way.
