What we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate our services and communicate with you. This includes information you provide directly through our contact form and information collected automatically when you visit the site.

  • Contact data. Name, email, company name. Provided when you submit the contact form.
  • Usage data. Pages visited, time on site, referral source. Collected via Google Analytics, including measurements without cookies before acceptance or after declining. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and PostHog can use browser identifiers to distinguish visits.
  • Session recordings. With your analytics consent, PostHog records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and navigation on our public site to help us find usability problems. Form inputs are masked before recording data is sent. Private proposal and project pages are excluded, and we do not record network request bodies, headers or browser console logs.
  • Technical data. Browser type, device type, IP address. Collected automatically by our hosting provider.
  • Communication. Email correspondence and call notes related to your engagement.

How we use it

Your data is used to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, and improve the site experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Site improvement. To understand how the site is used and improve the experience.
  • Legal compliance. To comply with legal obligations where required.

Data storage

Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy.

  • Hosting. Railway. Data processed in the US.
  • Email. Stored in our email provider with TLS encryption.
  • Analytics. Usage data processed by Google Analytics and PostHog (Cloud US). Retention depends on the settings for each service. Analytics cookies are optional; you can decline them in our cookie banner.
  • Retention. Contact form data retained for 24 months after last interaction.

Your rights

  • Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion. Request deletion of your personal data where no longer necessary.

Third parties

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate. Each is selected for its data handling standards and is bound by its own privacy policy.

  • Railway. Hosting and deployment.
  • PostHog. Product analytics and masked session recordings, enabled after analytics consent. Data processed in the US (PostHog Cloud US).
  • Google Analytics. Website usage measurement using Consent Mode. Measurements without cookies can be sent before acceptance or after declining; analytics cookies are enabled only after acceptance. Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled in our tag configuration. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Resend. Transactional email delivery for the contact form.
