What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the site owners. We use cookies to ensure the site functions correctly and to understand how it is used.
Cookies we use
We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics loads with analytics cookie consent denied and can send measurements without cookies before you choose or when you decline. Accepting enables analytics cookies and PostHog, including session recordings of clicks, scrolling and navigation with form inputs masked. Private proposal and project pages are excluded from recordings. Google advertising storage, Google signals and ad personalisation remain disabled in our tag configuration. The cookies we use fall into the following categories.
- _session · essential. Maintains session state during your visit. Expires when the browser closes.
- cookie_consent · functional. Remembers your cookie preference. Expires after 12 months.
- ph_* · analytics. PostHog cookies for usage tracking. Expires after 12 months.
- _ga and _ga_* · analytics. Google Analytics cookies distinguish visits and maintain session information. They expire after up to two years and may be renewed on later visits.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete existing ones. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies in settings or preferences.
- Essential cookies. Cannot be disabled without affecting core site functionality.
- Analytics cookies. Can be disabled. We still provide the full site experience without them.
Third-party cookies
Google Analytics processes measurements without cookies when analytics cookie consent is denied. After acceptance, Google Analytics and PostHog can also use analytics cookies set for this site. You can read more about Google's use of data on its partner sites information page.
Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
