These terms of service govern your access to and use of launched.ltd and any services provided by Launched Ltd. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Launched provides commercial websites, growth systems, and internal tooling for software teams. The scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

  • Scope. Defined per engagement and agreed before work starts.
  • Deliverables. All work product is handed over to the client upon completion or termination.
  • Timeline. Delivery timelines are agreed per engagement. No blanket SLA applies.
  • Changes. Scope changes are discussed and agreed in writing before implementation.

Engagement terms

Individual engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter or agreement. These terms apply to the use of this website and general service provisions.

  • Contract. Rolling monthly. No minimum term beyond the first month.
  • Payment. Invoiced monthly. Payment due within 14 days of invoice.
  • Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
  • Equity. Launched never takes equity. Services are paid, not exchanged.

Intellectual property

All work produced during an engagement is owned by the client upon delivery and payment. Launched retains no proprietary interest in delivered work. Pre-existing tools and methodologies remain the property of Launched Ltd.

  • Client work. Owned by the client. Full transfer upon delivery and payment.
  • Launched tools. Pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies remain Launched property.
  • Site content. All content on launched.ltd is © Launched Ltd. Do not reproduce without permission.

Liability

Launched Ltd provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

  • Cap. Liability limited to fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
  • Exclusions. Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Site use

This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with Launched Ltd. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
